This isn't really an answer to your question, but it might be something to consider.  

You can paint your own numbers onto the curb pretty easily.  Just go to your nearest hardware store and pick up some cardboard number stencils and a can of spray paint.  Tape the individual stencils together, secure them on the curb with some duct tape, and then spray with the paint.  Do one light layer and then come back about 20-30 min later and do one more layer.
