The WCE club, blessed by the VFL/AFL.

It was wayyy too short for my understanding.

On a prerecorded video, just a couple of days after he returned, he said he would be working with the rehabs like  - NA- for another month.

He probably isn't aware that it will take a lifetime now to combat drugs.

West Coast Eagles payed for Ben's rehab. But in my opion, it should of been Ben that payed the bill.

This also doesn't come out of The Eagles salary cap either.

the club i believe... what a rort agree with jeff kennet there should be a zero tolerance on drugs in the afl.... de listing should have been ben's punishment at lighest.....

WHY did Ben Cousins get to go to rehab when real people, usually with far greater reason to resort to drugs and crime, have to go to the clink?

The Eagles payed for it without having to include it in his player payments while Essendon had to include the payment of Rama's cancer treatment in his player payments. The message the AFL are sending is that they support players who choose to get on the gear but if you get a serious illness you're on your own. They won't even let the Bombers wear yellow armbands in a match to support cancer research.
