Who pays for cleaning the ocean?

Who, how (and how much) cleans the ocean and sea? How difficult/easy is it? Are we cleaning it fast enough?

it real easy to clean the ocean, just stop littering and dumping garbage into it !  get the jackasses to clean up after themselves so others wont have to do it !

Nobody cleans the ocean. We just pollute it.

It woudl be very difficult to clean, since it is miles deep and thousands and thousands of miles across.

The ocean is very very polluted , we can not clean it , it will cost very very much , and we do not have the power to do that . It will also destroy wildlife.
