Who pays for the damage done?

I let someone use my car last night and it was in the parking lot of the bar they went to. Then a fight broke out, well the guy resisted arrest and then the cop picked the dude up and slammed him on the hood of my car, left dings and scratches that are very visible and was never there before. Who is responsible for paying for the damage done to my car? This has happened in pennsylvania!!!

I have no idea but I would call my insurance company and ask them I'm sure they would know the answer to your question.

Well, if your friend left a facial impression on the hood of your car I guess you'll have to talk to him about it.  The fact that he was an idiot caused all the problems.  So it happened in Pennsylvania!!!  Wow.  Who'da thunk it!!
