The person who calls or the person who answers or both? Cause I just had an hour on the phone with my friend who rung me. Also she lives in London does that make a difference. It's like two hours away from me.

  1. The person who calls you of course. DUH!!!

  2. If you or your frnd having roaming then yoou both have to pay.

  3. well the person who made the call pays for it!!!! is this a bloody joke?

  4. caller pays and it depends on what price plan u are on.

  5. The person who makes the call pays.

  6. The person who makes the call pays.

  7. it depends on your phone plan. some plans charge both callers while plans (more expensive like mine) only charges the caller but not the receiver.

  8. the caller always pays, so you can now relax

  9. On a land line the caller pays.

  10. The caller pays, unless you get a message from the operator asking you to accept the charges for the call.

The other exception is if you are abroad and calling on a mobile.  I forget how it works, but it ends up getting really complicated and both parties end up paying.  But if you're on a landline, or both in the same country on native mobiles, only your friend will have paid.

  11. only the person making the call pays for it either landline or mobile - within  Europe anyway some mobile networks in the US charge to receive calls as well but this is illegal under european law.

the location of  the caller only matters on international calls for charging but within europe its still the one who DIALS and makes the call that pays.

If you are on a mobile and not in your home country then the person making the cal pays the normal call charge as if you were in the home country but YOU pay an top-up roaming fee to cover the international part of the call.   If you make a mobile call when you are not in your own country then you too pay a roaming fee for the international part of the call on top of what would be the normal call rate.

  12. the persons name is usually on the bill. and no i dont think it will affect you as rang your friend only if its landlines no if its a mobile then very baad

  13. DUH...

Now you choose the person who's answer you liked and select them.

That way this idiotic question is answered and the person gets 10 points.

    DUH!

I swear some of the most asinine questions are asked.

I hear that there is a new blonde hair dye that comes with smart pills

    LOL!!

  14. Unless you agreed to accept a reverse charge/collect call, your friend will. Unless she called you mobile to mobile, then you could get hit with international "Roaming  Charges" which are a fcuking rip off!
