Who pays you more? Your employer or the government?

Why do we need to take money from employers and give it to the people who don't work when the bosses are just going to cut jobs and costs to cover their losses. Would you be willing to give up your job for some poor uneducated and unemployed piece of trash to have some extra cash to buy smokes and scotch?

  1. I'm a firm believer that if you are not allowed to vote you shouldn't need to pay taxes.  Then if any corporation attempts to influence an election throw them in jail with a man named bubba who's gonna make Mr Executive his new wife.

  2. And I think white collar crime should be punished as severely as drug dealers are. Take EVERYTHING away from them and make them work two jobs at minimum wage to get by.

  3. I'm in the military so the government does pay my check; however, I grew up poor and my family had to use welfare and food stamps sometimes to make it.  It is ironic to me that a country as wealthy as the United States is unwilling to part with a few tax dollars to benefit a fellow man.  Does the welfare system have flaws?  Of course it does, but why do so many people want to get rid of such programs instead of striving to improve what we already have in place?  Right now I know single parents who are struggling to feed their children because they can't get any government assistance because they make to much money at their job at McDonald's.  A person without any education or skills in America is doomed if he actually wants to do something with his life.  They can't get a dime but the people who don't ever make an attempt to get a job get like $400 dollars in food stamps every month and live in a free (section 8 subsidised) apartment.  Don't you think we should just fixt that problem so all of us (Americans) could benefit.

  4. Demagogue much?
