In the Harry Potter film, Philosopher's Stone (2001) and Chamber of Secrets (2002), Dumbledore was played by Richard Harris,who died because of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Sir Michael Gambon, replaced him from Prisoner of Azkaban (2004).

I liked Richard Harris, especially the episode that he took the role because his granddaughter said she would not speak him again if he didn't take the role. She was right he was the great Albus Dumbledore.
