Made by Leige United Arms Company in Liege Belgium.  Sold under trade name of "Cowboy Ranger" through the late 20's and 1930's by Rohde-Spencer Company of Chicago.  They are a not-exact "knock off" of the popular Colt Single Action revolvers.  Caliber is in .38 Long Colt/ .38 S&W Special (not to be confused with modern .38 Special"
