  1. Nobody. Where I work a lot of people were real stupid and when the UAW handed out information there was a line a mile long to try to be the first one to suck on the boss and tell him about it.

  3. Unions don't protect workers.  Instead they pigeonhole them into dead-end jobs.

  4. Unions need to go the way of the dinosaurs. The need for them is long since past. Unions are one of the reasons that jobs are being outsourced to other country's.

  5. All employment is voluntary.  They protect themselves... if it's unsafe, quit.  If your hurt on the job (and it really IS the companies fault) sue.

    Unions really aren't all that good for the people in them, because in the long run they kill the place that it's people work.
