  1. Yes, it's ok to freeze until you need it, just defrost in the fridge.

  2. it's perfectly fine. :]

  3. NO! According to my Baking book (I am a culinary student)....

"Fluid milk is a potentially hazardous food and should be kept refrigerated at or below 40 degree F. Its shelf life is reduced by half for every five-degrees rise in temperature above 40 degrees F. Keep milk containers closed to prevent absorption of odors and flavors. FREEZING IS NOT RECOMMENDED!"

  4. Yes it will be fine, just take it out before you need it, so it will partly liquidised.

  5. Sure, you can do that.....it's especially good when it has a little ice in it.

  6. As long as you let it defrost gently it will be fine.

  7. The biggest problem is that when it freezes, the water in the milk separates from the milk solids -- so when it thaws out, you'll have a layer of very watery milk on top.  If you mix it up well, though, it should be fine again.  Just be sure that when you freeze it you put it in a well-sealed container with plenty of room for expansion.  If you put a full unopened gallon or half-gallon container in the freezer, as the milk freezes it'll expand and burst the container.
