It depends if your talking about number of receptions or number of yards.  Moss and TO will be top in yards, but Housch, Welker, Fitzgerald, and smith would probably be tops in number of receptions.

Although Moss had a better season last year I think that TO has been the better WR throughout his career. Despite his craziness he puts up great numbers every year he is on the field. He is also willing to go over the middle which Moss doesn't do.

I would have to say that the top 3 are as follows,

1. Randy Moss

2. Reggie Wayne

3. Terrell Owens

For the 2007 season -

For Randy Moss, he started all 16 games.  had 98 receptions, averaged 15.2 yards per catch, 1493 receiving yards and 23 TD's.

For Reggie Wayne he he started all 16 games, and had 104 receptions, averaged 14.5 yards per catch, 1510 receving yards and 10 TD's.  

Finally Terrell Owens started onl 15 games, had 81 receptions 1335 recieving yards, 16.7 yards per catch, and 15 TD's.

Overall I would say that Randy Moss is the top receiver.  He had less yards than Reggie Wayne, and less receptions but he scored more times in the end zone,  and that is what counts.  Reggie is one of the best as well, but he isn't recognized as much as many other big names.  He had 1500+ recieving yards.  Owens I think deserves the third spot because even though he started 15 games, he finished with 1300+ yards.  I didn't put Torry Holt on the list because he barely broke 1100+ yards and his TD total was less than these three I have named.

1.Randy Moss.He is the most-prolific receiver in the NFL. Moss has deceptive speed to distort angles in the open field or eat up a defenders' cushion quickly. Every coordinator has to adjust his game plan to deal with him

2.Terrell Owens is a very good athlete with a great combination of size, strength and speed. He has good awareness for the down markers to move the chains. Plus, he has good speed to finish if he catches the ball in space

3.Chad Johnson.He is among the most productive pass-catchers in the league, and his routes are impeccable at all levels. Johnson's deep speed is terrific, and he demonstrates rare body control.

Moss and T.O. in terms of stats.

3rd is a toss up between Reggie Wayne who is consistent, Braylon Edwards who has enormous potential to keep getting better, and Steve Smith who aside from being suspended has always proven to be a top 3 talent.

Holt is getting a little too old but certainly could have a top 3 season.
