All of these problems created by Bush were actually created by the Democratic Congress. Bush actually did a great job as president protecting his country.

  1. Not True.  The democratic congress was elected in 2006.  Bush had already done his damage by then.

As far as protecting the country goes, get real, it's only been 7 years.  Do you even realize the last major attack on the USA before 9/11 was in 1941?????  Bush didn't do anything spectacular.

  2. You are totally out of your gord!!!   2000-2006 was all Republican and all bad.  I do realize this since I am aware and you must have been in a coma.  Please, get your mellon out of your bottom and wake up!

  3. the democratically controlled congress hasnt done anything to help this country

their approval rating is 17%   lowest ever

they good at one thing blaming others for their inability to get anything at all done

they should all be voted out

  4. Excellent point.  I'm no fan of Bush, but apparently people don't understand civics.  It is the duty of Congress to create laws, not the President's.  Nancy Pelosi takes off for her summer vacation with no substantial solution to the energy crisis in order to go on her little book tour (which she only sold about 17).  Everybody in media has been assuming that the Democrats are going to expand their lead in Congress, but I'm not so sure.  Like you point out, their approval ratings are often worse than Bush's.  People see gas prices everyday, and its not something they'll forget when they vote on their local races in November.

  5. THANK YOU ..!!! SOME ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS THE REAL PROBLEMMMMM!!!!!!!... DEMOCRAT CONGRESS NEVER COOPERATED WITH BUSH.....IT WAS EVIDENT AND DISCUS-STING... WE ARE ALL SUFFERING BECAUSE OF THIS....BASICALLY WHAT THEY ARE SAYING WITH OUT ACTUALLY  SAYING IT IS......WE WILL DO WHATS RIGHT FOR AMERICA...AS LONG AS WE HAVE IT OUR WAY UNDER OUR PARTY TERMS..!!!!!!!!!!!     VERY VERY WELL DONE!!!!  GREAT POINT!!!!  FANTASTIC QUESTION!!!!!!!!!

  6. Not me because that's a cop out.

"The buck stops here."  Harry S Truman...and still true!

  7. While Bush enjoyed a Republican Congress for most of his tenure..it is true he gave the Democrats all the spending they asked for.

  8. 2-1/2 years does not a term make. So it's hard to realize something that isn't quite true. That said, this Congress has been a true waste of space, but that puts them somewhat on equal standing with Bush, who is slightly more of a waste of space.

So there's incompetence all around in our government. Too bad we don't have a deficit of that.

But look, Clinton had a Republican controlled congress to deal with and nobody cuts him any slack. The President has to accept responsibility for his own legacy irrespective of which party controls Congress.

  9. Like what? You forgot to list your evidence.

  10. You're wrong. The Democrats have been in control for only about 2 1/2 years. Bush has been in office almost 8 years.

  11. I know your right about that, but the democrats have mostly allies in the media, who resonate the democrat congress message that its all G. Bush’s fault.

This is done without hesitation, and its an automatic response to cover up the ineptness of the congress. The price of gas has skyrocket, because the democrats have blocked drilling for oil, put a stop to building oil refineries, raised gasoline taxes, and put a stop to nuclear power in the US, even though there ratings are at an historic low.

The war on terror has been rewritten as to why we went into Iraq. Democrats say that the Bush Administration concocted the whole idea of WMD to give Bush and excuse for going into Iraq. This is hogwash, because not only was the president convinced, but most of the democrats supported our invasion into Iraq, along with the UN, as we got their blessings in two important UN resolutions. Saddam at the time was refusing the UN inspectors access to their stock piles of weapons. And now that we have liberated two countries of dictatorship, both Afghanistan, and Iraq, do the liberals say the war has been a failure. Shame on them! Its sounds like Vietnam all over again, but the plain truth is that we won this one, because Bush did not accept failure as an option.

Here’s to McCain/Romney with a full house majorities for 2009.

Most of the damage has been done in the last 2 years. Gas prices over the last two years have doubled.

Thanks democrats for all your help with that.

  12. Many Politicians have fault here and Bush the most.
