I need reasons why Leif Ericsson, Brendan the Bold, Christopher Columbus, Hoei-Shin, Bjarni Herjulfsson, The Aliens, and the people that crossed over the Bering Strait (the native americans)

couldn't have founded America. I need NEGATIVE facts. Things that would prove that they didn't discover America. PLEASE HELP. I will favorite whoever gives me help on this.

  1. Christopher Columbus did not know America was America, he thought is the West Indies, and thought that until his death, dying in ignorance.

There is no proof aliens have visited this Earth, and no proof they exist or have advanced technology to travel the vast distances to come to Earth.

Lief Ericcson didn't tell other Europeans about his discoveries. Therefore, it was not a discovery as no one else knew that Ericson knew that America existed. Same for Herjulfson and Shin.

Native Americans did not think it was America and same thing as for Ericcson apllies here.

  2. Brendan the Bold, no proof of his trip that hasn't been proven to be counterfeit.

Aliens, no proof that aliens exist as of yet.

    Noei-Shin no physical proof either.

Native Americans and assorted Scandinavians, since we have physical proof of the second and descendants of the first, your only argument against these claims are to change the argument to "continuous contact."

  3. The explorer Amerigo Vespucci (1454 - 1512) was the first person to demonstrate that the New World discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1492 was not the eastern appendage of Asia, but rather an unknown "fourth" continent. The continents of North and South America derive their name from the Latin version of his first name.

While Columbus could have set foot in America, before Amerigo, Columbus had mistaken the land to be part of Indies.  Bjarni named the same place Vinland, and so did others like Leif.  Therefore the discovery was not credited to any of them.  The discovery is more used for the credit of discovering the New World for Europeans.
