Who remembers Elastix toy (?) from the 80's?

I was doing one of those if you grew up in the 80's you should remember these certain things. They mentioned Elastix and I have NO idea what that is!! And I graduated in 1989!! Anyway, who can help me out with what that is?? Thanks!
