Who remembers a 1980s building block that was made from some plastic & interlocking w/ 2 pts on top & moveable

The blocks came in lighter colors (orange, yellow, green, blue) They were mostly all the same size unlike lego or duplo blocks. They were approx 1 1/2in long by about 1 in high. The plastic was not as hard as the lego's. When connected (there were two connection points on top) they could wiggle back and forth on the pivot point. I had these when I was younger and would love them for my children. They were perfect for making castles. I hope someone can help me!!!
