nope. all i know is if you look at someone wrong these days your get arrested for "harrasment" peple are to defensive and over react to much now

I'm with you man. You did not get arrested for assault for throwing a cell phone. In fact, you got away with physical contact. Assault was a violent crime that caused damage.
