i purchase a new jcb backhoe loader machine from jcb india limited

it is a construction equipment, after 3month we find that the chassis of machine has been crack than we know it is defactive machine .

now i am in trouble so any body want help me please contact

Did you get any favourable reply from the dealer, service agent or the manufacturer himself in this regard. You need to have all the documentaion in support of your claim, you can approach Consumer Forum of your jurisdiction for justice.
