Was it FDR or Theodore Roosevelt?I'm not completely sure.Might off even been Eleanor.All I know was it was a Roosevelt who said it.

I respect President Bush even more for not doing things based on approval.Look at Iraq,not approved at all and yet things are going wonderful there.We are seeing the first successful democracy in the middle east.
