Who sang the slow rock song "Jealousy"?

Jealousy was popular in the 70's & 80's especially in Cavite, Philippines. It is included in compilations "Slow Rock Memories" together with "Questions" by Manfred Mann, "Temple of the King" by Rainbow, etc... Unfortunately, even my friends & cousins forgot the name of the artist.

I thought of the Queen song "Jealousy" first. It was released as a single from their 1978 album Jazz.
