Who seeds the clouds? and who pays for it?

So anyone who looks up at the sky anymore will know that big white jets fly around laying streaks of (presumably) some kind of aluminum silicate or somthing that attracks water vapor and forms into cloud cover. They spray all day and all night here in washington state. I understand that it is weather control and that it is to hide the effects of global warming (reguardless of what is causing it) But my question is this.

Who owns and maintains those jets , and who pays for it?

Cloud seeding has been used for many years.  I do not know who controls the planes in your area, but I recently read that after the Chernobyl meltdown, there was a cloud of radioactive dust and debris that was heading for Russia, and the Russians seeded the cloud so that it fell from the sky before entering Russia.  Poor little countries in between.  

Doesn't really answer your question, but just an interesting fact.

Those are the contrails of commercial jets.  The passenger jets that carry all of us from one city to another.  The engines discharge aerosols that form artificial clouds.  These may actually make global warming worse.  (See the article below).  Its not a vast conspiracy, just a another consequence of our actions.

Normally trees seed clouds ,with precipitation the water vapor from their leaves including the dust rising up with evaporation and bingo seeding is happening

and they do it for gratis .

But because of such vast deforestation there are not as many around seeding clouds and what not as before

But now big  corporations want to get in on the seeding

and this is done with public money.Not  i repeat not Masonic money

I can help you with that.  Those aren't passenger jets.  I work for a secret corporation that acquires these jets and loads them with aluminum silicate laced with boric acid.  We fly them all over the country, and the rest of the world, to control the climate, and more importantly, the currency markets.
