I'm not looking for a debate on which is better, I like vista more than os x but both are great operating systems. I'm simply curious about these two because of their similar price ranges and quality. If anyone has stats on more laptops sales speak up!

  1. It goes

    1) HP

    2) Dell

    3) Apple

  2. Apple don't sell laptops, they sell MacBooks. So Sony.

  3. Most people prefer Apple, or in simple terms, Mac computers. One thing you need to do, is research. If it's for a job you have, you need to have the right PC to work on all of your job titles, or if you just want to surf the web. Mac computers are good too- I think Apple sponsers them.

Go with Apple, but you decide if you want to go with either Sony or Apple. My PC is dell, but that brand- is obviously full of malfunctions, so you may just want to with either Apple or Mac.

I would do research on the hardrive, you'll prefer a PC that fits your needs, and don't just get a name-brand that has a reputation, get one that has high qualoty and fits your needs well. If i were  you-

    apple

    Mac

    or maybe even Dell.

    you decide whats right.

  4. Apple probably does

But im a fan of sony

  5. that depends on the market! but in hte US market apple sells more .

  6. in global notebook sales, apple is selling more than sony, but not the best. the best is hewlett packard.

  7. For laptops, it's Apple for sure!

  8. APPLE  (although is not compatible with some programs) you dont get problems like viruses and it has a great apple has the best warranty.

  9. I'd guess Apple.

    Reasoning:

Apple have a reasonable market share, yet it's Apple vs the rest of the Wintel world (including Sony).

Only a hunch, I'm sure someone will cone up with some figures for you.
