Who sends home the certificate of completion for drivers ed?

The place where you took your driver's ed.  There are a lot of online drivers ed courses that take your money and don't send your certificate.  One of my little sisters friends took hers and they never sent it.

If you have to take it over again, my little sister and all of her friends took it at

and they all received their certificates.  The lady at this place told her to put the word "JON" in the coupon box on the home page and it would give her 50% off.....she did it and all of her friends did it too and got it for half price.
