  1. I've been to 30 states, and I'm fat.  And I can say with ease that the best burger I've ever had comes from O'Connell's Pub, at the corner of Shaw and Kingshighway in St. Louis.

  2. The Fatted Calf!

    It has some amazing burgers!

It is in Clayton just west of downtown...

Also you have Eat Rite at 622 Chouteau Ave is GREAT also! It is just west of the new ballpark.

  3. O'Connell's Pub on Shaw has some excellent burgers!  Another favorite is Flannery's on Washington... YUM!

  4. Big V's Burgers (The Loop) - It ain't healthy, but it's a great greasy burger.

  5. I agree with Big V'sbut they are no longer in the loop. As to where the moved I don't know. Moved months ago from original location. But they had the best burgers around.

If your looking for big then ciceros has a 1lb burger for only 12.99. Add cheese and bacon for only 99cents each. It comes with a huge serving of fries too. The burger is awesome too.

Hope you find a good burger though. Good Luck!!

  6. Biggie's on Watson Rd. in southwest St. Louis city... Amazing.

  7. I'll have to go with the White Knight Downtown.

  8. No one makes a good burger downtown since Dooley's closed years ago.  You could try Hardees or Hooters, but they're not what you're looking for.

Go a bit further out to Chesterfield Mall and grab a burger from Cheeburger Cheeburger.  Best burger I've ever had, and the onion rings are like heaven.
