Who serves the best Italian Beef sandwich?

I say Portillo's, mainly located in the Chicagoland area. I get mine dipped in juice and covered with giardinera. It's my favorite food, though kind of fattening.

I make the best at the restaurant I work at, however since it's a mom and pop shop in podunk, Iowa, you will probably never be there.

You can make a Italian Beef wannabe sandwich.  Get the best Beef you can buy at your deli.  Marinate it in a mixture of onions (to taste) and Italian spices mixed in beef broth for about 20 minutes.  Layer it on a hoagie with grilled onions, provolone (2 layers of each beef, onions and cheese) and pop it in the toaster oven to melt the cheese.  

It's not quite the same, but it's still really, really good.  And easy.
