The Nazicommunist death robots from Outer Regulan 5.

They have flamethrower navels and drillbit teeth, they also p**p velociraptors for extra hardness. Chuck Norris is their uncle or something.

A totally new villain, created just for this movie. The joker is the consummate villain, so he was able to work for these darker, more realistic Batman films. However, all the other villains are too goofy for Christopher Nolan's Batman. A new villain would be perfect.

If they did have to use an old villain, I suggest Bane (but not the stupid Bane from Batman & Robin.) He's the one who broke the bat's back!

The Joker, i mean he is the best villain ever created but no one will ever top Heath Ledger, he was the best.

I hear that The Riddler is expected to be in the next Batman sequel with Catwoman. Also, there were talks about bringing The Joker character back in too, not sure about Two Face.
