Who should I cosplay as next year for Anime Weekend Atlanta?

I'm going this year, but I need more time to make a cosplay outfit. I have chest length black hair and have light brown colored skin. I'm also tall with dark brown eyes - do you think there is a character out there for me to cosplay as? I don't want to wear anything skimpy or show too much skin because I'm 15 and my dad would kill me...but I was thinking of cosplaying as Viletta Nu from Code Geass or a younger version of Shihoin Yoruichi from BLEACH.

If you can, please help me decide on who to cosplay as.

How about Rose, from "Fullmetal Alchemist"?

All you need to do is get a simple dress and then color the front part of your hair pink.  She's fairly well known and recognizable, the age is about right, plus it's a pretty simple costume.  It also gives you an excuse to talk to or hang out with anyone else cosplaying as "Fullmetal Alchemist" characters.

Whatever you choose, have fun!  ^_^

Ignore the skin color and go as Rin Todoroki from Mahoromatic. Just a simple school girl's outfit
