I have the 7th pick in my draft, and I am projecting the first picks to go Brady-LT-AP-Westbrook. So after 5 and 6, who do you think will be availabe/who should I draft?

  1. you would either have to be crazy or stupid to draft Chad Johnson or Steve Smith in the first round. go with addai LJ portis or frank gore.

  2. peyton manning

    randy moss

    steve smith

    chad johnson

  3. In most leagues the Draft is going to go something like this;

    1. LT

    2. Adrian Peterson

    3. Brian Westbrook

    4.Tom Brady

    5. Steven Jackson

    6. Joseph Addai

If any one of these players are not taken by the time your draft number comes up, then by all means take one of these players. However expect these players to be gone. The following players should be considered at this point during the draft:

RB's-Clinton Portis, Frank Gore, Marion Barber

    WR-Randy Moss, Terrell Owens

    QB's- Tony Romo, Peyton Manning

and if you are feeling really brave TE- Kellen Winslow, this is something to consider, especially since your second round pick is only 6 slots away.

  4. if it goes as you say, I'd be looking at steven Jackson, Addai, and then randy Moss. Gore is a possibility as well.

  5. moss

  6. Frank Gore. or Randy Moss

  7. i had a mean combo punch last year by picking up Romo and TO in the first and second round.  i know everybody says take RB and QB through the first few rounds, but if your league doesn't follow that routine, then it sure is nice to have guys like Brady/Moss or Romo/Owens that can get you double points each time they hook up.

do NOT get steven jackson if he is out there.  frank gore stunk it up last season too, but everybody has him high on their list.  i'd avoid him as well.

steven jackson hasn't reported to camp yet, and he has on his contract that he can hold out until midseason if they don't offer him a contract and can still become a free agent.  they're saying that he probably won't allo w himself to get banged up this year because he wants out, so he'll save his body until the '09 season.  just an FYI of what's going on with him and why i said don't pick him.

  8. Usually at 7, Barber would be a decent pick. Moss, Addai, Jackson will be 4th, 5th, and 6th. Not in that order, but you get the point.

  9. Brady, Addai, Peyton, Larry Johnson, Stephen Jackson, Gore, Moss.  In that order.

I think Brady may be there BTW.

Steve Smith & Chad Johnson NO!

  10. Steven Jackson

    Frank Gore

    Clinton portis

    Marshawn Lynch

    Randy Moss

Those are all options that may be availabe at pick number 7

The best possible is probably Jackson but it depends on you

Hope i helped and best of luck during your season
