Who should I file a restraning order against?

I live in a transitional living home (sober living) and I have another residents wife who has mental health issues. She knocks at my bedroom door for no good reason, from have you ckeck the mail to needing to yell at me for god knows what. All I what is for her to leave me along, I dont trust her at all.

You 1st need to make complaints to the house manager in writing.  Keep copies.  Maybe they can talk to her husband, or you can ask for a room change.

Then tell them if she continues to disturb the peace you will call the police...& do it get a complaint #.

You need to have someone directly threaten or harm you before you can get a restraining order.

is there a choice between who you should file a restrianing order against??? the mental lady duh!

well just have a beer and ignore  her,   oh wait  sober living, i dont know , talk to the owner or whoever runs the place
