Who should I give the ticket to?

Okay so I told my friend that I was going to take him to a concert (ABDC) and he was excited about it since he's a big fan. Then after some thought I felt like going with my best friend because then we'll have a better time but I haven't told him yet. I got the tickets today and told neither of them... What should I do?!

btw concerts in one month..

You already told one friend that you'd take him, so if there's no way to get a third ticket for your "best" friend... you're already obligated.
