Who should I have as my AFL fantasy team captain?

Question

I had Heath Shaw lof Collingwood ast week & he generated me just over 80 points - & that's with having his tally doubled!!!

I've still a few dollars to play with - can anyone suggest a consistent player who'd make me a good captain? Now, don't all rush at once!

you cant go wrong with big cox hes a 100 point a game player try richo in his new role hes a high scorer too

well i got johno brown and he pulled up 360 points 4 me its the first game he has played so im stoked 2 win after  my massive losing streak

Depending on which position.

Forwards - Franklin, Murphy

Midfielders - Corey, Goodwin, Murphy, McVeigh (key is not to get players that are heavily tagged each week)

Defenders - C.Cornes, Bock, J.King, Bradshaw (wait a couple of weeks until his price drops abit more) and keep an eye on A.Welsh

another handy hint would be to give which fantasy comp..

for example the toyota/afl.com.au one

or

the herald sun supercoach?!!

but anywho..

...basically just take a look at the 'stats centre' ...sort all the players by average and choose your captain accordingly.

Also take note of certain matches... Like, for example, maybe  Brisbane vs Essendon.. a good idea would be to pick Jonathon Brown as captain, cos he is likely to kick 4+ goals and have 9+ marks and 14+ possesions.

Go Dane Swan- hes consistant and a very good player. Heath Shaw may be a good player but hes not consistant.

Dean Cox is perfect.

I play in the Aurion Dream Team game and he is my vice-captain, because I'm a proud doggies supporter and Brad Johnson is my captain.

Dean Cox scores over 100 points evry week and that is when the points arn't doubled.
