Who should I invite to my party?

in 2 weeks im having a 15th birthday party (pool party at my house) and trying to decide if i should invite a lot of people, meaning aquantences that my best friends probably dont know, or a few, meaning just a couple good friends. the small party would be like 6-7 people, the big party would be like 15 or more. I want it to be really fun, but not awkward. Who should I invite????
