Who should I take at pick 18? ?

10 team league, standard scoring. Taking Peterson or Westbrook at pick 3.

A lot of leagues will still have Randy Moss available, always a good pick. I would recommend you take Marion Barber before Westbrook or Peterson, as he's solid and proven and his stats will easily improve this year as he's become the team's starter.

I like to take my big WR in the 2nd round most of the time.

In the end, though, it's all up to you.
