We are in the process of organising our anual event and contemplating going to Barcelona in the spring of 2007. Does anybosy know any reputable organisers that can cover all services? i.e. accommodation, recreation, restaurants etc for large groups?

  1. WHATEVER BUT DONT USE EUROENE (IVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEM AND IS UNORGANIZED AND OH GOD! JUST BAD)

  2. Maybe you find here what you are looking for...

    http://www.eventoclick.com/eventoclick.h...

    succes

  3. You should be able to find some helpful information you  here:-

    http://www.costadelsol-vacationrentals.c...

Also at the bottom of the page there is a link to a a list of conference venues all over Spain

  4. Yes. If you go to Jamaica and ask the Tourism people, they would gladly help you for a fee.

I only suggest this as I work for the industry and I want you to invest in my country.

  5. We went to Salou in Spain and our travel rep gave us a list of day trips we could go on. We picked Barcelona and it was really nice there. We had a great time. There were lots of other places to go and if you ask your rep for anything, they can help you.

  6. The first person you should speak with is your companies travel agent. I don' t know how large your company is, a thousand or less or more, but your travel agent handles group travel.

I handled one of my accounts annual convention until they went over 400 people. I was one person and decided they were better off with a larger company. I was not able to offer them the service I wanted to provide when it got too big.

Your travel agency should be able to do what I did:

Fly to the destination, set up tours, dinners, meeting rooms, as well as accommodations and transportation.

This is a standard no brainer for a good corpoarte agency

And...you are dealing with people you know and trust.

    Good luck

  7. We have just been to Barcelona actually, wonderful City! (altho it was a little colder than we expected)

Some great buildings (gaudi etc) quality hotels and lots to do, whether it is for business or for pleasure. (It is also on the beach!)

We worked with a lady (Maxine) at http://www.conference-coordinator.com and she was really nice and very helpful and more importantly managed to organise everything that we required. I would glady recommend if that is any help.

  8. David Beckham
