Well if your old school the guy should ask the lady out,but since times have changed as well as women that is up to either to ask the other if they are interested in each other.Myself I will ask the lady if she says no!Oh well life goes on,and is too short to wait for another opportunity.

If you want to go out and he hasn't ask you, you could ask him over to watch a movie, maybe he is bashful and would love to go out with you but just doesn't know how to ask you, or is afraid you will say no. Go for it !!!!!!!
