1- Going down to check on the noise in the middle of the night? 2- Getting the car if its raining or snowing?(the other would wait inside)

I would say

A-Both the man and woman.

B-Whoever is less likely to get sick

What do you think? Do you still think its a man's job or do you think we have evolved from that to more logical creatures? who does each in your relationship?

  1. 1. My guy would have to..with me clinging to him right behind...the intruder might come through the window and get me, no way am I stayin

    2. The guy, my hair frizzes in the rain...

  2. 1. Ideally, who ever is bigger/stronger should check out the noise.  In reality, it's usually me, because I'm the one who actually hears it.  So far, it hasn't been anything that required physical force.  Usually, it's the dog barking at deer in the yard.

    2. We have a garage, so that usually isn't an issue.  If we're out, we both make a run for it.  Neither of us is so sickly, that we can't stand a few rain drops.

  3. The man should do both; he is stronger and tougher.

  4. 1. Him first, with me right behind him to back him up.

    2. Always me, because he can't drive.

  5. Both or either.

The cars were in the garage - connected to the house.   Nobody had to go out and get the car.

  6. 1) Both do in my house. He has a bat and I have a my cell phone and a butter knife.

    2) Both- one opens the garage the other gets the car, we trade off and on.

  7. In my household, my dad would do both of these things. If I had it my way, they'd both do it.

  8. The man, unless I want my wife to ***** and whine for an indiscriminate period of time that is.

  9. Personally my mum is always the one that goes check out the noise, as my dads asleep.

If I heard a noise in teh night, I'd make us both go - there's power in numbers, and it could be a ghost!

For the car, I'd say if we were going out my hubby should go only because I would have done my hair and makeup and the rain would affect it. But otherwise I'd do it as I'm more healthy.

  10. 1 - if there was cause for serious concern, both, obviously, since two people are more use than one

2 - take it in turns if it's that big of a deal. person less likely to get sick also makes sense

  11. I've done those and so has my man.  Good to go.

  12. 1 - the security company

    2 - the valet

  13. for the noise, whoever hears it should track it down -- appropriately armed if it is a suspicious noise.

Getting the car -- whoever is going to be driving. Or whoever doesn't have a load of stuff to put in.

  14. 1) Whoever is closer to a gun...

    2) My man!  Doesn't anyone believe in chivalry anymore?

There isn't a 'man's job' or a 'woman's job' per say, but some things are more salient for one person versus the other to do.  I think most of these decisions should be based on logic, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't appreciate chivalry every now and then, although I am perfectly capable.

  15. In my relationship, my boyfriend would do both those things. He's physically much stronger than I am, and he likes to know he can protect me. I don't think anyone "should" be doing them; it really just depends what works best for each couple.

  16. 1 - Both to better fight off the intruder if needed... think of the movies when ninjas go in one at a time, doesn't work so well.

2 - They would take turns, unless one particularly hates cold weather.

  17. 1.  Both - if there really is a problem, having one person upstairs in bed doesn't help at all.

    2.  The one who usually drives that car.  In my case it would be me, since my husband doesn't drive.

  18. The noise. Who ever is more capable of beating thr he!! out of an intruder.

The car Who ever wants to provided they are in good health.
