Who should be my keepers in fantasy baseball? Should I make a trade?

We have 8 keepers in a 10 team league, I lack runs and stolen bases.

C-Molina 1b-Teixeira 2b-Cano 3b-Wright SS-brendan harris infield-pujols OF's-Josh Hamilton, Matt Holliday, and Pat Burrell and my Util- is between Mclouth, Damon, and Jeremy Hermida

Pitching is, Halladay, Sabathia, Jurrjens, Oswalt, Liriano, Chris Young, and Aaron Cook. I wont be keeping any closers

Hamilton,Texeira,Wright,Holliday,McLouth

Wright,Holliday and McLouth will get you 20-30 steals a year.

Halladay,Sabathia,Liriano,Young.

Is there a better work horse than Halladay?Liriano and Young are young and have huge upsides.

As far as trading goes I would try foe Reyes or Hanley Ramirez.Both steal a ton of bases and power numbers get better every year.Another route is to just draft a staels guy every year like a Piere or even look at getting a few more power and steals guys like Kinsler or Bj Upton who next year will break out.
