Who should be the Braves closer in 2009? ?

One of the halls Braves need to decide to fill. 5 options:

1. Mike Gonzo

2. Rafael Soriano

3. Peter Moylan

4. John Smolts

5. Sign someone else

They will try to go with Smoltz if he decides to play. If he decides his time is up then they will have to sign someone. Gonzalez and Soriano both have had too many problems with their arms. The pitching staff is in disarray. I am so disgusted by the lack of attention given to the pitching staff. If Hudson has any help with a good 2 and then Jair Jurgens as the 3 then we would have a much better team, with Smoltz closing.

The thing is though that if John Smoltz says "I want to be the closer" then that is what will happen.

If it's not Smoltz (which I highly doubt it will be), it will probably be Soriano.
