Unfortunately, some parents don' t make an educated decision, because they don't know where to gain the knowledge. How do you think that the Department of Education should educate parents? Should the districts also educate parents about their schools?

  1. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, school districts, school administrators, teachers, and even the Board of Education all have a role in educating parents on all aspects of the school their children attend, to include curriculum, extra-curricular activities, school lunch program, athletics, music, clubs, just to name a few.  Town meetings is one great way to get the word out to the masses, along with normal Parent/Teacher meetings that most schools schedule.
