Who should get more land? Agriculture or Industry or Govt. offices?

Govt offices are least productive of the three and should get the smallest land allocation. Between agriculture and Industry, those activities which makes best contribution to the GDP per ecre of land should get priority in the allocation of land and those activities that makes the least contribution to GDP per ecre of land should get the lowest share of allocation. Agriculture should get land more if it can raise productivity closer to international benchmarks. Low productivity agriculture should be removed from land in favour of high productivity agriculture or high productivity indstry - not any any industry. Only tansparent and open markets without barriers to entry and exit can result in such efficient rellocation of land to various uses. The current emotional attachement to agriculture for food, industry for growth and Govt. as the saviour will never be able to get us better.
