  1. None of them.  The job sounds like it is made for the boss's loser son in law that has no qualifications but needs a job

  2. they should go by the person and not race or gender

  3. The white female...

  4. None of them. They should team up and form their own pencil sharpening company.

  5. Whichever candidate fits the corporate culture the best.  I truly believe that the success of any candidate is how they fit into the organization as a whole.

  6. Whichever one the person interviewing them thinks is best for the job.  The one he thinks will be most reliable, most dedicted, most interested in staying in the job. The person he or she thinks will fit in best with the other people in the office.  The person he likes the best.  I have no idea what criteria people normally use when selecting applicants for a job, but those are the sort of things I would be thinking about.

  7. I would let their future co-workers interview them and see which got along best with them and was a better fit for the group.

  8. PhDs in pencil sharpening? What the h**l kind of college did they attend?

Anyway, in cases in which you can find no difference between the qualifications of the candidates, you should consider which one has the greatest economic need. If there's no difference there, pick whichever one is least represented within the company.

  9. Whoever has the best personality, is the most driven and hard-working, and fits the culture of the company.

  10. In the UK there is pressure from the government for women and ethnic minorities to be favoured over equally qualified others. Seeing as the Black woman is - in the UK Equality Minister's terms - a double whammy, she should get the job.

See? Equality is just simple maths.

  11. Your p***s my hand pencil sharpener, fill in the blanks!

  12. Are you actually asking us to appoint someone for a job based only on their race and gender?

If you've ever been to a job interview you would know that a Ph'd and whether or not this was there first job is by no means sufficient information to appoint someone. You'd have to evaluate previous experience in volunteering and community involvement, extra-curricular activities as well as their composure and the way they present themselves to the interview.

  13. Let see if we stick to the oh poor white man theory this is based on I am going to choose the white man... Because as you all now the others can get better jobs.... Was I right?

  14. You have to pay people to sharpen pencils?

We have volunteers do it where I work.

  15. I have to agree w/ Ruby.

Otherwise I have to say whichever one has the most charisma or personality that matches their co-workers best.

  16. None of them, they are all overqualified.

  17. the black woman! she has two angles to work if you dont hire her.  But never the white male.... he already had his chance over the last several hundred years!

  18. THE WHITE MAN OR THE BLACK MALE BECAUSE EITHER ONE OF THEM ARE HAVING TO SUPPORT THEIR FAMILIES.... WELL UNLESS THE WOMEN ARE SINGLE PARENTS

  19. the white man.
