Travelmood have some really good deals on at the moment and they are ABTA bonded so you will be alright.

I would not use a travel company.I would do it all online,heaps cheaper.It is not hard to find your way around if you speak english.Book your first few nights and then when you get the feel of the place,throw caution to the wind.

If you don't after a few days you will wish you did.

try asking in the country you are in not in Australia >travel  as i have never heard of either companies & i live in Aussie
