Who should i drop Alexi Casilla of the twins or rickie weeks or the brewers?

who should i drop Alexi Casilla of the twins or rickie weeks or the brewers? I dont need a so many 2nd baseman and i was wondering who i should drop. casilla has only have 200 at bats but is a young stud while rickie weeks has had a bad 1rst half. Would it be smart to stick with the young guy (casilla) or go with weeks. Which one should i drop.

Rickie Weeks. He is struggling and isn't as solid as Casilla. Weeks is a fast runner who will score and steal bases, but a terrible hitter other than that. Casilla won't steal a lot of bases, but is a consistent hitter.
