Who should i find to sell my thing ? (it's hard)?

I'm selling for my company a tranchless technic to repair all kinds of pipes without digging'em out.

I've tryed ton reach many kind of people, but between the manufactures , Research and Development services and public works companies, i don't know what precise person i've got to talk to.

Do you have an idea of who decide that it will be better to use a tranchless technic to repair that manufacture ? (because the manufacture can't stop it's activities, and tranchless works allow it ton continue it's work ?)

I thin you mean a 'trench-less technique', which does not require a trench to be dug to repair the damaged pipe.   I saw this system demonstrated years ago on TV, I believe it to be in widespread use in the UK already, in a variety of pipe sizes and applications.
