Who should i keep luxray or Dewgong?

me and my friend want to trade but i dont know who to give him

Keep Luxray, i have a lvl 91 and it kills mostly anything.  There are better water types than dewgong anyway

online battling go with luxray... dewgong's best stat is defense and it isnt that great... but because its not as common as luxray then you decide... battling-luxray>dewgong   rarity-dewgong>luxray

If you want the better pokemon, which you probably do, keep Luxray, because he has only one weakness, which is ground. Unlike Dewgong who has loads of weaknesses, which are rock, fighting, electric and grass. Plus Luxray has more resistance, which are flying, steel and electric, and Dewgong has two: water and ice. Even better, Luxray has electric-type moves which are super-effectice to water-type pokemon.
