Jackson, you can aviod sacks with him or scramble and get the etra yardage you need to pick up the first down.

He also has better arm strength so you can really air the ball out.

Or, you could just run all day with AP and wait until the update come out.  :D

you should use jackson(79)

jackson has 85 speed and 94 thp but a crappy 78 tha but im always a sucker for fast QBs (QBs with 80+ speed)

booty (77) isn't bad either since he's got a 89 thp and 86 tha

frerotte(77) should be your 3rd string qb but he does have the best awarness out of the 3 so he'll have the best field vision.

noone can make that decision until the game is actually realised....Booty is a better QB than Jackson he played in a pro-style offense...the only advantage jackson has is mobility.
