U must mean David Garrard, but with that said, Garrard, he is a vet in his system, good run game, super solid defense, and a conservative to explosive pass game with little turn overs. Jags are a playoff hunter team.

The safe bet is david garrard.

they're both playing fairly bad defenses but miami(vs. jets) is worse

for now i'd recommend seeing if favre starts the last pre season game, if he does and performs then start him but until he does stick with garrard
