Who should she be friends with new or old???

my sister has this friend who she has been friends with for 2 years but she has become closer with 4 other friends she has recently met but they dont like the one friend so now my sister isnt friends with the one friend who she has been friends with for 2yrs what should she do???

Why can't they all be friends ,

or she can be friends with both of them , but they don't be friends with each other .

She shouldn't have to give up one of them .

There is such things as having more that one best friend.

They don't have to hang out at the same time.

well, if she wants to lose the old friend, that's her choice.  but, encourage her to keep up a friendship with the other girl, even if it's not a close one.
