a decent big man to help beasley down low. they should give up jason williams and a few reserves for a bigman like nick collison or channing frye. just get someone to get your rebounds and put up good minutes not really to score much cause you already have enough offense. with either of these guys helping the second big three in the east (wade, marion and beasley), im telling you this team will be a championship contender again. but boston will still be champs. go celtics all the way. =p

The Heat need a PG that can run the show for them. Dwyane Wade plays point occasionally, but he said he likes playing shooting guard much more, as it's his natural position. The Heat also need a decent center. Their starting center right now is Mark Blount, who at times, can play well, but for the most part is a dud. So I say the Heat need to upgrade those two starting positions and they will be a good playoff team once again this year.
