Question:

Who should the twins get rid of from their outfield?

They have a solid outfield, Denard Span, Carlos Gomez, Delmon Young, Michael Cuddyer, and Jason Kubel. This offseason twins fans figure they will have to dump one of them, Delmon has the most value. What is your opinion on what they should do. (They are thin at third base)

  1. Bring Brian Buscher up and leave him at 3B. Release Micheal Cuddyer and/or trade Delmon Young. We all know Pohlad won't buy any respectable talent in the off season, so that's not an option. I'd keep Span, Gomez, and Jason Kubel.

  2. Cuddyer will be closest to Free Agency, so he is the most likely to go.  3 OF and Kubel as the DH kind of make sense.

Maybe Atlanta could bite on Cuddyer.

  3. As much as I hate to say it, the guy to go is Cuddyer. Young, Gomez, and Span are all players with bright futures in front of them. I also like having Kubel as our DH and having him play in the outfield to give either Span or Young a rest.

  4. I would get rid of Cuddyer . Gomez , Spahn , and Young all have great futures to come . But Cuddyer needs to be traded for a young arm .

  5. trade Gomez

  6. michael cuddyer is definitely a utility player, ive seen him play infield and outfield, and hes not a bad third baseman.. i think the outfield is okay because of the speed.. they get to the balls very quickly and i think instead of getting rid of any of those 5 id get rid of randy ruiz.. strike out after strike out.. he overswings the ball way too much.. really useless when you think about it
