It's a woman. and it's extremely difficult to explain the song. But it consists of ooooooh ooooooh ooooooh ooh ooh ooh oooooh ooh etc. There's alternating pitch on the ooh's like oooooh(mid) oooooh(high) oooh(low). i've seen it in a commercial where a mother sings to her baby with constant "ooohs". lol any help?

ummm idk if im right but r u talking like in a cereal commercial for rice krispies?? and its also been in other commericals?? like the song is in the background?? cuz if so then ik what ur talking about...and its actually not a woman singing, its this Hawaiian man named Israel Kamakawiwo'ole.....i SWEAR i am not kidding and it is the intro to his version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow,,,its on iTunes u can look it up. but honestly, ik it sounds weird but thats rele what i think u r talking about
